Job Description

·       Health and safety assistant is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation and assisting an participating in health and safety compliance processes

·       Enforce safety policies , procedure, SWPs at the workplace and monitor the compliance of them at daily operation

·       Facilitate at safety training , briefings and meeting for safety, health and environment matters and accident prevention

·       Inspect and ensure safety equipment at site are adequate , functioned and check respectively

·       Support management team on all aspects of health and safety

·       To conduct fire safety related training to understand best safety practices and recognize safety hazards and correct to all employees

·       Good understanding of fire safety inspection to prevent fire hazards and workplace safety rules and regulation

·       Initiate and implement workplace health and safety plans and procedures

·       Evaluate health and safety practice and procedure for risk assessment and following legal guidelines

·       To coordinate OSH and Environment management requisite program and also preparation of EMR for submission
