Job Description

❖ Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, customer

service, and financial performance

❖ Recruit, train, and manage a team of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen

staff, and management personnel

❖ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards,

resolving customer complaints, and implementing effective customer service

strategies and maintain relationship.

❖ Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and

increase customer traffic

❖ Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other expenses

to maximize profitability

❖ Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all staff

members

❖ Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with local

regulations

❖ Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient and

cost-effective operations

❖ Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and financial goals

❖ Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track

performance and make informed decisions
