Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Upper/ Lower Myanmar region in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential challenges to inform the sales strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and
  • support. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor their performance. Foster a culture of motivation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. Ensure exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns
  • promptly. Negotiate Sales for Sales Distributors and build the strong partnership
  • Market Expansion: Identify and target new markets and channels for "Sein&; sauces in the region. Develop
  • and execute strategies to penetrate new market segments and grow market share.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and track actual performance against targets. Generate regular sales reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement to NSM.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional sales budget, controlling costs while maximizing revenue.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies for revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of "Sein" sauce products and effectively communicate their features and benefits. Provide product training and support to the sales team.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor & degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master & degree or additional certifications is a plus.

-Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

-Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

-Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

-Willingness to travel as required within the region.
