• Bachelor Degree, Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, ISO Preferred
• Mature Candidate (above 35 years)
• At least (5) years of progressive experience in Purified Drinking Water, Beer, Soft Drink factory
• experiences related fields.
• Proven experience in laboratory testing environment including physical, mechanical and
• analytical testing processes.
• Track record of effective collaboration and communication with customers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Knowledge of applying quality regulations and standards.
• Demonstrated practical application of applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the manufacture of consumer goods.
• Knowledge of applicable industry testing standards, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Must have extensive problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of ISO standard and Auditor skill.
• Must possess good organizational skills, strong computer skills, the ability to work well with
• others, strong decision making skills, and the ability to negotiate in the best interest of the company.
• Should have good Leader ship skills, Management Skills and good analytical skills.
• Should be expertise in implementing rules and regulations (like related with FDA, FSSC, GMP, HACCP) etc.
• Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in English and computer skills.
