· Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target (especially VRV & SA System)

· Build and maintain relationships with dealers and clients.

· Plan and conduct site visits to promote sales and monitor project progress.

· Support client meetings, discuss stock ETD, and identify new service opportunities.

· Monitor project progress, update customers regularly and resolve any technical or delivery issues

· Handle feedback or complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

· Track project status, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery.

· Follow up with owners and stakeholders to ensure project completion and satisfaction.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)

· Minimum 3 years relevant experiences (Prefer Project Sales & Air Conditioning field)

· Good knowledge of VRV/VRF System (AutoCAD is additional advantage)

· Computer savvy (i.e. Basic Windows, Internet, Words, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Presentation Tools

· Must possess English 4 skills (Elementary/ Intermediate)

· Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, customer serivce skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Tactful, courteous, disciplined, and professional attitude

· Ability to adapt to company policies and procedures
