· Accurately prepare and analyze Bill of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects

· Oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and quality execution.

· Supervise and coordinate the work of Site Engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications.

· Utilize AutoCAD (2D & 3D) proficiently for project planning, design, and execution.

· Effectively manage subcontractors (Sub Cons) to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

· Oversee the construction and renovation of warehouses, factories, and other civil engineering works.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations during all phases of construction.

· BE (Civil), B Tech (Civil) or AGTI (Civil)

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Engineering and Project Management within civil works.

· Proficient in BQ preparation and cost estimation.

· Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for design and planning.

· Strong understanding of civil construction methods and materials.

· Sub Con Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and coordinate subcontractor activities.

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
