Job Description

·       Assist in maintaining and updating project schedules.

·       Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

·       Organize and manage project documentation, contracts, and permits.

·       Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.

·       Facilitate communication between project managers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

·       Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and progress reviews.

·       Assist in tracking procurement activities, purchase orders, and vendor contracts.

·       Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation requirements.

·       Ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met through proper documentation.

·       Assist in monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.

·       Identify and document project risks, changes, and issues.

·       Assist in coordinating resolutions and communicating updates.

·       Manage project correspondence, files, and office logistics.

·       Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

·       2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, or real estate development.

·       Previous experience working with mixed-use developments or large-scale construction projects is preferred.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Moderate command in English.

·       Basic understanding of construction processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

·       Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and regulations.

·       Experience in managing documentation, including contracts, drawings, and permits.

·       Familiarity with document management, project tracking software and Microsoft office suite.

·       Experience in coordinating internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle time-sensitive requests.

·       Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse project teams.
