Job Responsibilities

● Work with HQ team to align on goals for Infinix in Myanmar

● Work closely with Myanmar sales and marketing team to support coverage according to local market requirements

● Support PR strategy in Myanmar to sustain positive, in-depth press coverage

● Work with PR agency to execute communications plan

● Work with events team to support press events

● Support creation of press releases and localization of other press materials

● Put together and maintain media kit for journalists

● Contribute to creation of in-house content eg. blogs, videos

● Maintain excellent relationships with Myanmar press

● Maintain and develop the relationship with Myanmar Tech KOL and lifestyle influencer.

Job Requirements

● Residing in Myanmar

● At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field (PR, Mobile Field)

● Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the technology industry in general

● Should have experience engaging with media in Myanmar across different categories and different regions

● Possess strong media relations with Indo media, especially tech media

● Must be able to speak and write good English. Knowing spoken Chinese is a bonus

● Willing to travel

● Entrepreneurial spirit, not a "corporate person" and very outgoing, likeable, presentable, humble and naturally gifted at interacting with others

● Self-motivated, self-starter, and able to handle tight deadlines
