Job Description

-                 Need to have over 2 years experience working as a NOC Engineer in ISP

-           Must have familiarity with common network monitoring tools and servers. Handling monitoring servers and Network Management system (Huawei NMS and ZTE NMS) for all NOC Processes

-           Good understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking, remote supporting

-           Diagnose issues with routers, switches, and wireless up-links; documents and ticketing system

-           Good troubleshooting skills about local network and strong knowledge in gaming

-           Understand FTTH customer service and complaints handling about ISP

-           Good written and verbal communication skills
