Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing marketing operations, reaching sales targets and boosting brand awareness.
- Develop and execute a divisional social media strategy, manage all social media platforms day to day activities, and provide analytics.
- Provide product support for customers Facebook, Website and others.
- Work with a team on digital campaigns to target new prospects and candidates with SEM.
- Create and maintain effective sales presentations utilizing Power Point or other media as necessary.
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market detailing outcomes and goals.
- Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Report post-promotion analysis for all consumer promotions by utilizing syndicate data and financial analysis.
- Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
- Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
- Leading and training a team of Marketing Associates.
- Drive, Manage, Develop, Lead and Execute Marketing Strategies.
- Performing other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
