Job Description

·       Preventing Maintenance (PM) of all of the DI equipment, especially X-Ray and Vascular Products.

·       Do Installation and troubleshooting, repair of all the DI equipment, especially X-Ray and Vascular Products.

·       As a junior service where the system is down, have to find solution depend on the service agreement and try your best to get the systems up again under the supervision of senior engineers and manager. If there are complain from customers for some small cases, you should be able to solve them.

·       Dealing with Service Sale and Service Admin to follow up for Job order submission for part order and claim.

·       Providing better customer service such as emergency call, onsite support and customer courtesy call.

·       Get ready 24/7 for every customer urgent and very emergency calls. Your performance should be in the line with company policy for customer satisfaction and quality of the service.

·       Take and attend the necessary online and classroom training according to the job requirement. Continuous learning for self-improvement.

·       Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure that they are calibrated.

·       Performing the other required job tasks concerning with service assigned by senior engineers and manager and report to the modality leader and manager.
