· Attend sites for troubleshooting and assist senior technician/engineers

· Record daily service activities and site details

· Support servicing and repair tasks

· Help prepare tools for training sessions and practical exercises

· Follow instructions for site visits and technical support

· Perform any other related duties as assigned by superior/ Manager

· Any Graduated (Remark : Even not graduated based on relevant qualification/ 1 ~ 2 year experience /willingness to learn and grow, we will consider)

· Good interpersonal/ communication skills

· Willingness to learn and grow

· Computer savvy (i.e. Basic Windows, Internet, Words, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

· Basic English 4 skills

· Tactful, courteous & discipline
