Job Responsibilities
-Handle customers' inquiries and complaints
-Information sharing with customers/ collecting from customers
-Coordinate with internal departments
-Report to the related Officers and Team Leader monthly
-Prepare individual goals & action plan
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree and/or relevant customer service training certificate
-Related Job Training will be given
-Good oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, decision-making skills, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal contacts and external contacts
-Ability to understand verbal/written instructions
-Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
