Job Description

·       Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, hardware, software, CCTV, and Door Access systems

·       Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to address issues

·       Implement security best practices to protect data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities

·       Provide technical support to end users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively

·       Develop and maintain documents for IT procedure and user guides and collaborate with the team members to develop solutions for recurring IT problems

·       Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers , negotiating contracts and agreements as necessary

·       Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations , standards and policies

·       Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard data and systems

·       Implementation of information security management system (ISMS).
