Job Description
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, hardware, software, CCTV, and Door Access systems.
- Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to address issues
- Implement security best practices to protect data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and user guides.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for recurring IT problems.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and agreements as necessary. Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations, standards, and policies.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard data and systems.
- Implementation of Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum experience of 1 years in similar role.
- Familiarity with SAN storage technologies, Proven experience in IT management and supervision.
- Basic understanding of MSSQL Proven hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as ESXi and vSphere.
- Ability to create and maintain backup policies, schedules, restoration and recovery procedures
- Familiarity with tape backup solutions, tape drive technologies and managing tape libraries.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems including windows server environment, networking concepts, hardware, software, CCTV and Door Access system.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
