Job Description

Ø  Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Ø  Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Ø  Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Ø  Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults

Ø  Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or remote access)

Ø  Setting up accounts for new users

Ø  Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Ø  Regular updating, maintaining backup data

Ø  Testing new technology
