Job Description
· Develop, standardize, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with strategic goals.
· Lead the creation and rollout of a workable performance appraisal system, integrating measurable KPIs, behavioral competencies, and feedback mechanisms.
· Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
· Oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and strengthen leadership pipelines.
· Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination, ensuring fairness and compliance with Myanmar labor laws.
· Foster strong employee relations and maintain a positive, productive workplace culture.
· Conduct workforce planning, HR analytics, and succession planning in collaboration with management.
· Ensure compliance with statutory labor regulations, occupational safety standards, and internal governance frameworks.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Organizational Development.
· MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
· Proven record of designing or implementing performance appraisal systems, SOP and KPI frameworks.
· Experience in engineering, power, or industrial sectors preferred.
