Job Description
· Handle the recruitment & selection process.
· Prepare Salary Calculation, Income tax calculation, SSB
· Handle the matters related to the government offices. (Such as Labour Office, SSB, Commercial Tax, Stamp Duty & Form 31, etc…).
· Purchase fix asset and maintain fixed assets.
· Make the extension according to administrative contracts and documents.
· Perform a variety of HR and administrative tasks such as preparation & processing of necessary documentations and proper filing.
· Carry out any other duties or reasonable requirements that come from HR & Admin Department.
Job Requirements
· Any graduate.
· Age must be between 25~40.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
