Job Description

‒ Lead overall Sales team, Sales Support team for smoothing.

‒ Set overall Sales Target quantity and volume based on supplier Target and market trend according to regions, channels, dealer levels.

‒ Set up the full pricing strategy for all the products to align the products are competitive in the market.

‒ Set expense budget that align with sales and oversee the actual expense and risk.

‒ Focus achievement target of Midea and Toshiba business.

‒ Provide product development and channel improvement.

‒ Responsible for maintaining and growing sales channels through the different geographical regions and ensure the business path.

‒ Coach the team for team development and individual skill improvement. Make sure the delectation process of the section heads.

‒ Lead Products lunch events, key dealer meetings and vendors seminars.

‒ Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders

‒ Monitor Product Quality and supplier management.

‒ Prepare monthly report and do presentation in the PD meeting.

‒ Responsible AR overdue and Turnover, Inventory aging and Turnover and cash flow.

‒ Monitor the performance of team members relate to the business growth and proper appraisal to the individual team members.

‒ Liaise with Midea Principle and ensure the standards procedures with VSK.

Job Requirements

• MBA (or) Any Graduate and Dip. in marketing,

• English 4 skills, Excel, PPT

• At least 7 years of relevant sales head on electronic field, 12 years of sales experience on all sales channels.

• Strong in communication, leadership and team building skills
