Job Description

·       To develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business objectives.

·       To foster a high performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.

·       To lead the HR team and ensure effective delivery of HR services across all departments.

·       Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Company’s business objectives and corporate culture.

·       Advise and partner with senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.

·       Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement, and employee satisfaction.

·       Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of key talent across the organization.

·       Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and career development plans.

·       Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs to build organizational capabilities.

·       Ensure competitive and fair compensation, benefits, and reward programs in line with international standards.

·       Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to retain top talent and maintain competitiveness.

·       Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, internal policies, and global HR standards.

·       Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution in a fair and consistent manner.

·       Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, integrity, and teamwork.

·       Oversee HR processes, systems, and reporting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

·       Provide regular HR metrics and insights to management to support strategic decisions.

·       Lead digital HR initiatives, including HRIS implementation and process automation.

·       Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

·       Ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability within the HR function

·       Inspire and guide teams while building credibility and trust across the organization.

·       Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

·       Attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees effectively.

·       Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

·       Ensure HR practices comply with laws and minimize organizational risk.

·       Communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels.

·       Make data-driven decisions that support organizational objectives.

·       Use HR systems and digital tools to enhance efficiency and insights.

·       Proficient in English 4 Skills.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

·       Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational organizations.

·       Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and international HR best practices.
