Job Description

·       must be handling employees affairs, compliances issues and must know labor law

·       compliance and risk management, ensure compliance with all HR regulations and internal policies

·       must be handling warning process, work place coordination process and employee awarding program

·       must have well experiences in labor relations and handle labor relatives issues compliances with labor law and other labor relatives law

·       must be handling employee data management, employee profile management and organization chart management

·       must be handle conflict work place management, work place accidents issues and reporting

·       must be prepare performance management scheduling , preparing format and other related works

·       must to handle infection risk control management and environmental control management

·       must be handle CSR activities and programs and attending workshop, seminar and related works

·       must have multi working attitude with enough experiences in HR operation and general affairs

·       assist to department manager for work instruction requests

·       must be assist additional duties assigned by job requirements in occasionally

Job Requirements

·       must be a bachelor holder in any major and must have human resource acknowledgement certification or diploma

·       must have 3 or 5 years experienced as GA and HR managerial skill is required. Preferable to have experience in manufacture field and who can work in Japanese working culture or can work global company

·       English or Japanese skill is required to write report and can read, write and speak well

·       Excel skill must be advanced and well known in MS office applications , outlook email

·       Preferable for this role to be work as dutiful mindset and who can work as HR functional jobs

·       Who can work at Thilawa SEZ and can go to business trip overseas

·       Strong interpersonal sill, good behavor, communications and presentation skills

·       Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate GA and HR managerial skill are being used
