Job Description

Ø  Manage and responsible logistics process (finished goods devliery) on time.

Ø  Manage raw materials arrangement (including like – raw recycle, chemical and waste

Ø  Responsible for planning, streamlining and executing logistics workflows and procedures

Ø  Oversee a team that focuses on new employees training and allocate responsibilities and office space to all staffers.

Ø  Supervise day-to-day support activities, coordinate clerical tasks, and lead teams of logistics.

Ø  Support managmement improve logistics process and enhance efficiency.

Ø  Responsible for overseeing all logistics functions in to the business.

Ø  Pesponsible to manage the devlivery transportation, focus vehicles cleaning and maintenance sector.

Ø  Make the budget plan for department monthly expenses accodring to the company policies.

Ø  Responsible manage logistics, catering, and other event-related arrangements

Ø  Monitor and control logistics expenses within budgetary constraints

Ø  Implement SOPs, policies and KPIS for efficient logistics team

Ø  Manage car fuel and expense tracking and GPS route

Ø  Manage overall logisctics arrangements
