Job Description

·       Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

·       Prepare and analyses monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.

·       Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control policies.

·       Develop financial strategies to support organizational goals and profitability.

·       Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting.

·       Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

·       Support CFO in strategic financial planning and decision-making.

·       Supervise finance team, providing guidance and professional development.

·       Implement and maintain financial systems and process improvements.

·       Monitor and report on key financial metrics to senior management.
