Job Description

·       Study the drawings and specifications.

·       Laise with Designer/Consultants for feasibility studies, cost planning/budget including value engineering.

·       Prepare the preliminaries and budget cost for project.

·       Prepare bill of quantities (BoQ) which lists the individual components required to construct the project.

·       Invite quotation for each trade and prepare the commercial comparison for contractor selection and award.

·       Prepare work order, contract, variation order.

·       Coordinate and monitor with subcontractor, supplier for quotation, payment, contract matter.

·       Prepare interim payment certificate, direct claim and assessment of variation order for project.

·       Coordinate with PMC team to ensure the site progress and work done.

·       Cost control and monitor project expenditures against budget.

·       Forest cash flow requirement.

·       Attend the kick-off meeting, negotiation meeting with contractor.

·       Participate the weekly progress meeting.

·       Collect and compile the database for the supply and construction cost data.

·       Assist to Senior QS and QS Manager.
