Job Responsibilities

 

Manage the day to day basis of water/waste water treatment including the support facility such as laboratory, mechanical section, electrical aspects, process engineering and ITS people as the most important

Make Budgets, improvement suggestions & decide of the need of the department/section.

Know how to balance the scorecards for the cost & efficiency with complete data analysis.

Draw the plan for maintenance of Water Purification Plant (WPP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and related facilities

Draw and implementation for Operation planning

Seek assistant from chemical engineer and make process improvement 

Provide leadership and direction to junior engineers and operators

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor/ Master Degree related with Mechanical

Licensed mechanical engineer

At least 8 years' experience as section/department manager that  knows maintenance of machines, gadgets and equipment

Good managerial skills for people management

Good decision making, have knowledge in water & waste water treatment

Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint

Be able to have troubleshooting skills and work independently

Ability to control and lead the team

Good command of English
