Job Description

·       Prepare daily service ways to plan and link with related departments.

·       Check daily service requests and jobs assigned to service team members.

·       Developing and implementing technical strategies as the plans

·       Assist in monitoring and evaluating technical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

·       Check service reports and feedback to the team.

·       Follow up with the technician to finish service requests within lead-time.

·       Train to technician about technical knowledge and customer service

·       Prepare service report and report to Line Manager.

·       Conduct research and analysis to identify technical solutions and improvements.

·       Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of technical activities.
