Responsible for managing the Partnership department
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
Leads Acquisition & Onboard official branding stores & non-Branding
Knowledge in merchant's system & review daily merchant performance
Manage & calculate MOQ for PM orders & communicate with WH for deliver/pick up
Build relationship & daily communication with merchants for the inventory, pricing, products, and campaign
Involve in setting financial targets and budget planning.
Develop and implement strategies according to set goals and objectives.
Achieve monthly given Online business KPI as an individual & team
Onboard, build and maintain relationship with merchants/ brands.
Conduct regular business reviews with merchants/brands to ensure business growth.
Monitor and support merchants/brands to ensure SLA compliance.
Conduct market analysis and research on the latest trends to create detailed business plans to accelerate business growth.
Assist with daily administrative duties.
Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
 Campaign planning with Marketing & achieve in campaign sales performance
 Daily communication with logistics company for shipping performance & find the
issue/delay to resolve
 Report tracking & present to management for marketplace MOM Performance
 Any assigned tasks related to marketplace

Any Bachelor Degree (business diploma or related certificates would be an advantage)
3~ 5 years’ supervisory level experience in e commerce’s partnership team
Good command of spoken and written English
Highly computer literate and numerate
Understanding the online retail business and important of Customer care services
Proactive, able to lead the team as the role model, prioritize and have good problem-solving and communication skills
Familiar with programs, software and procedures
