Job Description

1. Responsible for in-sale and after-sale technical support for all products and projects sold by Dahua in Myanmar. When any technical problems occur at direct customers or end customers, it is necessary to respond and solve them in a timely manner. When the problem is difficult, it is necessary to seek support from the corresponding R&D engineers at the headquarters, cooperate with R&D engineers to analyze the problem until the problem is closed;

2. Responsible for training the customer's employees on the delivery knowledge of Dahua products and software platforms, and responsible for the collation and translation of delivery technical materials;

3. Responsible for the market QA management and feedback of all products and software platforms sold by Dahua in Myanmar, assume the responsibility of FAE (failure analysis engineer), assist the relevant functional departments of the headquarters to analyze the defective products at the front line, locate the problems, assist the headquarters to find out the root causes, and track the effect of preventive and corrective measures taken by the headquarters, as a communication bridge between the customer QA department and the relevant functional departments of Dahua;

4. Responsible for rework management of market batch problems, develop rework service providers in Myanmar, and reduce rework costs;

5. Responsible for the customer care work of Dahua in Myanmar, serve the sales team together with the solution colleagues, and be responsible for the satisfaction of Dahua customers in Myanmar.
