Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

• At least (3) years experience in customer services role in Freight Forwarding

• Fluency in English in both written and verbal

• Good level of problem solving skill & negotiation skill

• Good at Mircorsoft Office

• Must need English language
• Full Covid vaccination is required.
• Must be experienced, strong and energetic.
• Preferred experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics companies as a CS Executive role or related.
