Job Description

·       Maintain strong communication with shipping lines to secure support and favorable terms

·       Lead discussions on contract update and developments

·       Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans

·       Ensure quality across all sales process , including follow up ,documentation and feedback

·       Foster a creative environment to generate new business development ideas

·       Analyze team process, client interaction and agent performance to identify improvement areas

·       Lead in resolving escalated customer service and documentation issue

·       Oversea ERP data management, ensuring accuracy and integrity

·       Conduct client survery, address complaints and compile related reports

·       Process in depth knowledge of air and sea shipment documentation and operation processes

·       Provide cross departmental assistant with management assignments and administrative process

·       Expand the agency network to enhance service offering and geographic reach

·       Develop and maintain relationship with international agents

·       Provide  strategic direction , mentorship and support to a multicultural team , fostering a culture of excellent, collaboration and continuous improvement   

·       Address performance related issues promptly and constructively , implementing corrective measure when necessary

·       Familiarize team members with freight forwarding documentation and import export processes

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor degree and above

·       10 ~ 15 years of experiences in freight forwarding or NVOCC

·       At least 5 years of sales experiences in freight forwarding

·       Proficiency in English , knowledge of additional languages is advantageous

·       Proven track record in business development within the freight forwarding industry

·       Strong negotiation and contract management skills

·       Ability to build and maintain robust client relationship

·       Strategic thinker with excellent market analysis capabilities

·       Strong leadership and team management skills

·       Ability to manage P&L , and oversea budgeting processes effectively

·       High level communication skills
