Job Responsibilities

  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Estimate, quote and close business necessary to meet revenue and sales objective in assigned territory,
  • Develop, maintain and grow an opportunity in the company CRM that supportsachievement of the future territory revenue goals,
  • Work closely with the operation team,
  • Manage the sales and marketing functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand.
  • Collaborate with company top executives to set business objectives and development goals and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends, Manage territory sales and expense budgets tomaintain profitability, Set up meetings with customers to deliver sales pitches and conduct sales of company products and services
  • Establish strategic partnership with other companies to leverage on their network
  • Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of business development personnel
  • Review current approach to business development and make changes where necessary
  • Assign sales quota and target to business development team and sales/ marketing units
  • Offer incentives to high-performing staff to encourage sales performance in an organization
  • Ensure business processes and standards are in accordance with regulations and policies set by appropriate authorities
  • Establish strategic partnership with other companies to leverage on their network
  • Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of business development personnel
  • Review current approach to business development and make changes where necessary
  • Assign sales quota and target to business development team and sales/ marketing units

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales and marketing executive or a relevant role
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Can travel to foreign countries for business.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong organisational, negotiating, relationship and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales skills, sales education and the ability to accomplish multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills
