Job Description

·       Assist in planning and executing marketing and brand campaigns.

·       Conduct market/competitor research and prepare reports.

·       Coordinate with agencies, designers, and internal teams.

·       Prepare brand event plan under brand strategy.

·       Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.

·       Manage and track the marketing budget and invoice processing, ensuring expenses are correctly allocated and recorded.

·       Acquire and utilize knowledge and skills according to the situational requirements.

·       Coordinate and work with external supplier in a professional manner.

·       Assist Brand Manager to achieve marketing KPI & Brand plan .

·       Support new product development (NPD) and innovation projects, including concept testing, packaging development, and market launch planning.

·       Support Brand Manager to conduct competitor analysis.

·       Assist Marketing Plan to Brand Manager and prepare under Brand Manager Guideline.

·       Can able to do for the STPC Guideline Sheets and propose ideas of new communication.

Job Requirements

·       Age Under 30 year old

·       Female

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·       2 years of experience in branding/marketing at least.

·       Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

·       Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·       English skill must have intermediate.

·       Work in a goal driven environment and perform all tasks within the defined timeline.

·       Understanding of marketing principles and brand management.

·       Creative thinking.

·       Good communication and presentation skills.

·       Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation.

·       Ability to multitask, plan, and manage deadlines.

·       Team player with strong coordination skills.

·       Highly proactive, self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of brand management
