Job Responsibilities

-Tenants' Water Meter reading Bi-monthly and monthly by ACE Software. 

-Monitoring and controlling the water consumption and non-revenue water. 

-Water treatment and sewage treatment operation, controlling operator safety and providing review operator daily report, daily water & sewage treatment plant operation status reporting to Assistant Manager or Officer. 

-Prepare monthly operation summary reports and presentations to management. 

-Prepare yearly locator pipeline flushing, prepare and report utility water shutdown plan. 

-Monitoring and controlling process chemical dosing system and usage, monthly performing online analyzer calibration work 

-Submit purchase requisition for operation and maintenance safety/ spare parts.

 

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree with Mechanical (more prefer getting M & E certificates)
- Age between (28) years and above.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the related field.
- Be able to understand and maintain Valves, Pumps, mechanical equipment, and pneumatic system.     

- Good knowledge of repair and maintenance work in operation.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be able to have troubleshooting skills and work independently
- Excellent Time Management and Prioritization Skills, ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to perform with limited supervision: allocates and organizes work: provides guidance
- Good command of English
