Job Responsibilities

. Assist the lead teachers in conducting lessons smoothly and accurately, ensuring that the curriculum is followed effectively.

. Prepare training materials and set up the classroom to create a conducive learning environment.

.Create new training material content based on the given guidelines and curriculum requirements. Produce new training materials, such as worksheets and activities, that align with the curriculum and support learning objectives.

. Ensure the safety and joyful interaction of children and parents at the school, maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

. Help explain the school's teaching methods and approaches to parents, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

. Conduct progress meetings with parents to provide updates on their child's development, address any concerns, and collaborate on strategies to support their learning journey.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in teaching or a related field.

. Fluent in both English and Myanmar, with strong verbal communication skills.

. Able to speak loudly and clearly to effectively engage with young children.

. Age between 20 and 26.

. Willingness and ability to kneel and engage with children at their level for extended periods of time.

. Power Point, Excel, Adobe Photoshop skills

. Ability to display creativity and skillfullness in Arts & Craft, Music and Dance.

· Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines

. Prior teaching experience is a bonus, demonstrating familiarity with classroom dynamics and instructional strategies.

. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
