Job Description

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure that requirements are validated and verified.
• Handle multiple project management and can lead related Leaders.
• Define project scope and objectives, handle of complaints and necessity of all relevant stakeholders and support technical feasibility

• Achieve goals by appropriately utilizing internal and external resources, manage resource availability and allocation
• Draw and Review a detailed project plan
• Monitor and track progress of project
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Support and Report to above management level
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Review and manage project documentation, develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps
• Meet with clients to take detailed requirements, briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

• Support the guideline to the respective positions’ specialty and responsibility
• Analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Participate company’s activities or management process if necessary
