Job Description
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and presentations for management review
· Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and key performance indicators
· Monitor budgetary performance and variances, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed
· \Provide insights on financial performance, trends, and potential opportunities or risks to the Management Team
· Coordinate and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for the Management Team
· Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles, IAS, regulations and tax laws
· Collaborate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
· Assist in cash forecasting and planning to ensure financial stability
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
· Facilitate annual audits and liaise with internal auditors
· Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks
· Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
· Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
· Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
· Perform other tasks when assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Job Requirements
· CPA, ACCA Part II (pass) or Main Degree in Accounting/Finance
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial & management accounting
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, international accounting standard (IAS), financial reporting, regulatory compliance and taxation.
· Strong ethical values and integrity in financial practices.
· Age between 27 to 40.
· Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
· Good MS Office skills, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
· Able to work with email and should be well in English.
