Job Responsibilities

• Build and improve Customer Relationship Management

• Manage and drive Sales target achievement in alignment with company objectives

• Manage Store Performance as per Standards

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

• Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales force

• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder (MBA is a plus)

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in retail management (or) consumer product sales Management

• Computer literate-including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint & Power BI

• Business communication level of English skills (written & spoken)

• Significant experience in managing people and teams, including coordinating and motivating the work of subordinates

• Work well under pressure and with deadlines

• Must be self-motivated

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
