·       To Drive product presentations to potential customers to enhance awareness and interest.

·       To assist in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of ultrasound products to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

·       To provide comprehensive application training to users and staff, ensuring proficient and safe usage of medical equipment.

·       To resolve customer complaints and address application errors promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.

·       To conduct regular customer visits to assess equipment usage and optimize operational efficiency.
