Job Description
ü To conduct comprehensive on-site/ remote user training and education for new systems installation.
ü To provide clinical application presentation to the users for the update technology.
ü Troubleshooting image quality problems and issues related to scan protocol.
ü To support clinical and technical knowledge to customers with follow up site visit and refreshed training.
ü To establish and maintain relationships with clinical sites and good communication with suppliers.
ü To support on customer academic activities, research/ development program as and when such need arises.
ü To support professional conferences by performing products demonstration and promotions.
ü Implementation and filling of documents concerned with the position.
Job Requirements
ü B.Med.Tech (Medical Imaging Technology)
ü Radiographer experience at Imaging Field for 2-3 years
ü Work experience in a medical device company as a medical imaging applications specialist for 1-2 years.
ü Technical expertise in radiography and imaging systems with strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to customers/users in hospitals and clinics.
ü Strong ability to provide products and applications demonstrations and training
ü Good understanding of customer needs, problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies
