• Report to Project Manager and also report to management if necessary
• Expectation of Man-hour
• Enhance members’ skill
• Quality Control
• Plan Management, Results Management
• Member Assign and schedule
• Reviewing and Monitoring project progress
• Mentor Team
• Risk Mitigation
• Trust and Alignment Effectiveness
• Archiving of Document
• Maintain project plans for software development
• SOW
• Basic Design Documents, Detailed Design Documents
• WBS
• Train to intern or new employees if necessary
• Participate company’s activities or advertising process if necessary

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent experience.
• Must have over 4 to 7 years of working experience in Android.
• For Leader, must have 2 year working experience as a Leader.
• Flutter development experience is preferable
• Good communication skills (English and Japanese)
• Able to create basic design/unit test specifications.
• Able to build good relationships with everyone on a team and client
• Able to support and grow lower level members
• Able to control documentation
• Able to perform faithfully the instructed task on its own and provide assistance for related tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong in database SQL queries.
• Implementation Project (Coding development)
