After Sales Service Manager (Elevator & Escalator)

Job Responsibilities

• Make arrangement to meet customers based on list of near expiry, terminated and renewal service contract List and send to proposal for new service contract.

• Collect customer’s address and contact person for service contract negotiation.

• Follow up proposal and draft contract which have been sent to customer.

• Review service contract submitted by subordinates and carry out contracting process.

• Negotiate contract price 

• Check all service & spare parts invoices and approve.

• Check daily collection settlement, monitor deposit of collection and confirm with customer on uncollected invoices.

• Solve customers’ all complaints in coordination with installation department.

• Check collection and outstanding invoice balances with account department monthly and make reconciliation as it is necessary.

• Conduct other duties assigned by Senior Management

 

Job Requirements

• Any bachelor Degree or Business Management Diploma

• Have over 5 years experiences in Sales & Marketing Management Level.

• Able to handle business unit.

• English language skill is a must.

• Good coordination with team and other departments.

• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, persuasive and goal oriented.
