Job Description

·       Inputting financial transactions into accounting software from source documents like receipts, invoices, and purchase orders.

·       Processing vendor invoices and checking payable

·       Processing customer invoices, tracking outstanding payments.

·       Matching bank statements to accounting records to ensure accuracy.

·       Maintaining organized financial records, including filing and archiving documents.

·       Inputting inventory transactions in to accounting software and matching balance between software and excel. Costing for finished goods.

·       Prepare cash and banks trials.
