Job Requirements

•  Any Graduated
•  Seven – nine years of relevant executive management experience
• Excellent program and operations planning/evaluation, administrative, organizational, fiscal and personnel management, community relations and general leadership skills
• Ability to represent RTU and deal effectively with a broad range of outside individuals and organizations
• Good public speaking/presentation and advocacy skills
• Strong interest in and commitment to the mission and goals of RTU
• Knowledge of, or able to learn, facilities management and safety
• Knowledge of, or able to learn, rules/regulations
• Knowledge of, or able to learn, security and safety compliance
• Can work under pressure.
