· Understand the specification and do Review the ED/ID/MUT

Understand the ED/ID/MUT and do Review the IT/ST/RT (view-point, test-case, test-results,
etc.)
Create the UT/IT/ST/RT Quality Report and do report to leaders and PM effectively
Manage team members’ development and team progress management based on schedule and
take action if delay occurs
Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
Do manpower estimation and create schedule
Project management of progress management, quality management, Issues/QA management,
Team management
Understand all members skill-set and make assign tasks effectively

· Upper intermediate level in English, and can communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3 or

equivalent level)

· 4 years and above experience in System Development field (Java, Oracle DB, Postgres SQL DB)

· At least 1 year experience in progress management, quality control, QA and issues

· management

· Strong interested in Project Management and System Development by using Java technology

· and take challenge of new technology such as Data Integration Platform

· Willing to take challenge, and work with team actively

· Must have problem solving and communication skill

· Able to control all project members (up to 10 members)

· Able to communicate with team and customer actively
